Jury Prize
Patrick Couvreur, the Director of the Laboratory,
had been awarded the “Prix Galien Recherche 2009”
for excellence in pharmaceutical research, twenty
years after the previous Director, Prof. Francis Puisieux,
was recompensed in the same way. Prof. Couvreur was
honoured for his work on squalenoylation, a breakthrough
technology which represents a real step forward in
drug targeting.
